b5_act1Like all other Industry sectors the Resource Sector has minimum entry requirements. These are mostly covered in the various Induction processes which may be generic (completed externally of the company) and company specific (completed at commencement of employment with the employer).

Career progression within the industry however is both experience and knowledge based. Experience cannot be bought and has to be a progressive journey which is unique to each individual. Knowledge can be acquired far more easily the only restriction being the thirst for knowledge and capacity to absorb the information

Rii’s team of assessors and trainers are practicing industry professionals who have travelled this path and are now able to transfer this information to the next generation.
